The Map Stamp Study Group has been studying the various components of the Map Stamp features over the years since its humble beginnings in November of 1982. At that time one of the motivators behind this project was Whit Bradley,  who also undertook to compile a newsletter about various features of the Map Stamp which he found interesting, and he circularized a newsletter to18 other interested collectors with the result that a Study Group began, and a quarterly Bulletin emerged which has continued with some intermittent periods until current times. Or some 30 plus years. It is intended to include on this site some of the more fascinating articles which make up the history of the Map Stamp Study Group.
This current issue is from Bulletin # 20, Summer 2006.
